The hidden world of very old tokaji wines
Tokaji is a legendary wine exhibiting exceptional longevity. With "very old" I refer to tokaji bottles that are 100 to over 400 years old, a fascinating and largely unknown territory. Very few people could imagine that such old and drinkable wines still exist. And those how knew that those wines existed before World War II generally consider those bottles to be lost.
On this private website I will present key results of my 20+ years quest for discovering and researching those wines, including the oldest bottle of Tokaji known, vintage 1604.
